Photo's needed 2004 Hatchback under rear seat

Can someone take photo's of the seat latches under the rear seat?
My 2004 hatchback seat is stuck. I've broken one of the latch release pulls and can no longer flip the bottom of the rear seat forward.
I need to figure out how to get the seat forward to fix it without braking it more.

Anyone here with a hatchback? I'm about to take a sawzall to it and hope for the best? Any one know if the rear seat latch is a U shaped thing that may bolt in from the underside or is it more complex than that? After I cut it I'll need to replace parts.
