hey guys, i got a 2011 chevy aveo5 hatchback, looking to install a remote start, its the Autopage c3 rs730 and i was just wondering do i need to install and immobilizer bypass along with it? im pretty much new to doing modifications to the car.

You could take the original key to Walmart and have them scan it to see if it is a transponder key or not. My 2010 did not have a transponder key, but I believe some did. Wiring the starter will be a treat...I gave up and went directly to the starter wire under the hood. I think in my Google searching I did find someone who figured out some combination of resisters and relays to make it work but I don't have the info saved.
Sorry GM, the Turbo Sonic was priced too close to the Focus ST. I gots me a Ford.

Do you have power locks? If so, I think you may need it. Otherwise your alarm will go off if you use the remote start
