If properly tuned, the EGR would actually provide better part throttle hp. Since you are saying it runs better without it, my guess is that the EGR parameters are too aggressive and affect engine performance negatively.

whats MIL? the best efect by now is that when in the city you have less rotations in 2 or 3 gear the engine dont stop and acceleration is better even if the engine is small 1.2 and many more! whats hp?try to use full words because its difficult to understand it because of difference of language?
