      2010 1.6L engine , 41,xxx

I have a 1.6L ecotec with 41,xxx out of a 2010 Aveo. Currently is disassembled, but have all parts to reassemble it as complete engine. Has intake and exhaust manifolds, timing belt components, etc. Looking for $800 for everything, or $1,100 if you want me to reassemble engine. I am a GM certified technician so it would be properly reassembled as per GM specs. Located in East Stroudsburg, PA 18302

Not a potential buyer, but anyone who is would probably want to know what problem was severe enough to require engine disassembly, and also which parts needed to be replaced.

Nothing was replaced. It was misdiagnosed by some kid at the dealership I work at. The block and bottom end is still intact, just need to put the head and everything else back on. Block and head were checked by a machine shop and everything is good. The car ended up needing a radiator for a coolant leak and it would get a little hot. Everything about it is fine, it was disassembled during diag and never put back together

Well I see no point in breaking the head down to sell just the bare head, but I'll sell the complete head for $400 or so.

My best price is $800, but that's with the head and manifolds unbolted and not timed. Comes with all parts, just needs assembly. If you want me to assemble it, then $1,100 is the price.

Just found out from my parts dept that a new engine from GM costs $3,400 and a complete head alone is $1,000 so my price with only 41,xxx on it is more than fair, especially if everything was checked by a machine shop and is known to be good

I'd love it, I live in Michigan and mine blew. The only thing is would be money, I have around $450, but I could get the rest for it if you want to deal. Would these parts fit a 2007?

If you have a 1.6l ecotec now then everything should fit. If you can come up with the money for it and the money to ship it then yeah we could make something happen.
