Hey,

Yes, I want to build a plug in hybrid and get some experience with that as well... I can't afford the donor car... so I need to sell this one first or trade for a Prius.

I also want to try to increase the battery bank of the prius to be able to drive longer on pure electric... once I have done it... I will post on the forum so other folks can do the same thing is they wish.

I want to make this prius a all electric commuter car with at least 20 miles of pure electric drive and increase the speed to 55 MPH before the gas kicks in. so folks can drive to work on pure electric... and still be able to use the car for long trips using regular fuel.

I bought this aveo/E-veo on new years eve. I am also in St. Louis and would be willing to meet up and show it off when the weather gets nicer. I will probably take it to car shows and stuff to spread the E-car word around town. I will probably be around on this forum for aveo specific tech quite a bit too.
