      What is involved in installing these? Do you have to split the lens, pop them in, then glue it back together? Are these high/low beams?

      Exactly what you said.......open lights and install projector but you dont need glue to seal them back up. If anything some butyle rope to ensure a proper seal. These are bi-xenon so you will get high/low beam from these. If you have an HID kit already and its already setup for high/low beams you dont need anything else.
