WTB: Cheap 14" rims and Hub Cap

Looking for cheap 14" rims in decent shape. they don't have to be perfect. Also need hub caps for 14" wheels.

Hit the wreckers, could probably get them there for less than the shipping from somebody else.

Coming up empty on Craigslist. Unless I can substitute a different size. The only options I've seen listed are the original 185/60-14 and optional 195/50-15, 205/40-16 and 205/40-17. I will try a salvage yard next. Also, if I find some used rims, how do I determine the bolt pattern? The stock are 4x100 right? Do I have to get the seller to go out and measure or would they be stamped on the rim somewhere?
Still looking for hubcaps though. They shouldn't be that bad to ship.

if the seller doesnt know if they are 4x100 or not, dont buy from them. plus i would test fit one on the front before handing over cash to check clearance to caliper and the centerbore is ok.

4x100 vw wheels fit. 4x100 bmw wheels fit. 99.99% of aftermarket 4x100 wheels will fit.

now are you looking for rims or tires?

Yank the sensors out of those cobalts and you could pay for a good chunk of the wheels.

I found some 14" steel rims, still need to test the fit. And I still need at least one hub cap. Now I have a tire size question. I found some used snow tires. My original tires are 185/60-14. The snow tires are 185/70-14. So the snow tires will be slightly "taller" tires right? Resulting in a larger diameter. Will this amount of difference cause me any problems? I'm mostly concerned with the speedometer remaining accurate. I found one post where the owner went from 60 to 65 and it sounded ok, but is 70 too much?

use this to compare and judge for your self, you can stick those on, if your stock ride height. but you judge..
