Ran a 17.32, then a 17.27, then a 17.56 with my new toy, I guess the CAI and such makes a bit of a difference (0-60 times were good though). Also bought a HD camcorder and camera mount so I can make me some videos!

Jesus! is that ur ride? My son sayd he would race my Aveo on this 2010 Nissan Altima coupe(he wants to trade his Cobalt on one soon), I sayd whatever dude, I'll just put lkd 10 turbos on the Aveo and kick ur ass! I'll have turbos caming out the windows! He sayd 'You got it! I'll watch ur blow up from my rear view mirror!' LOL...
lol. no it's not mine. Just an example from what's been done with the GM W-body cars. I know the guy who owns that car personally. the car is a 1996 Model Chevrolet Monte Carlo Z34. The engine is a 1997 LQ1 3.4L DOHC 24 valve V6. He had a crazy idea to supercharge the 7000 RPM screamer of a V6.... so he did. then he found the supercharger didn't fit under the hood, so he got a hood from the junkyard (just happened to come from a black car), cut a hole in it an he was done. After that he blew through 3 4T60e automatic transmission. He eventually got pissed and upgraded to the 4T65e automatic which is what it has now.
This is mine.

F... another white car! nice tho, so there is a big difference betewen the 4t60e and the 4t65e?
the 4T60e could BARELY handle the stock power of the LQ1, and the LQ1 was known for blowing through transmissions stock every 50,000 miles. the 4T65e was redesigned and is capable of handling much higher outputs and just bolts right up. Even so, there's a heavy duty version imaginatively called the 4T65eHD which is DEFINITELY capable as it was used on the LS4 5.3L V8 powered W-bodies. Nothing is interchangeable between the 2 trannies (4T60e and 4T65e).

I know I've killed output bearings on the right output on those 4T60e transmissions. hahaha They get the telltale whine pretty bad before exploding.
Kinda makes me proud though. My Z34 has 122,000 miles and it's still on the original transmission. I wanna swap to the getrag 284 5 speed manual though. But yea. The 4T60e's are garbage. 4T65e didn't come along til 1997 though.
Also, since he put on the supercharger, there was a whine either way so he couldn't really tell when the automatic was about to blow until it did.
