2004 Aveo speedometer problem

hey there everyone. I've got a 2004 Aveo, and it has a problem with the speedometer. I've replaced the vss, and the gear assembly, but it still didn't work. Then, when it got cold out, below freezing, the gauge started working, although it was about 10 mph slower. when it warms up, it stops working. I've checked all the soldier connections and can't find any bad. Any ideas?

Its possible its on the circuit board for the gauge cluster itself. It and the clock have been known to have bad soldier joints from time to time.
