      Re: 4G63T

So, I finished somewhat with the AFPR install, got all the vacume lines attached, all bolts tightened, my problem is where to mount the thing. I found a spot over the DSM tag on firewall with 2 screws that looked out of place that were the same width as the mounts on the AFPR but the SS line wont reach far enough to use both screws. Temporarily I just used the one screw it would safely reach for mock up and tomorrow will drill holes in the fire wall as I have to get ready for work now. Also, I never want to work with SS lines again because they are such a bitch. I got stabbed in the hand so many times by random ass wires, my thumb is now like swiss cheese. Granted Im a slow learner and it took me a while to figure out how to put them together, never again.... til next project anyways Well heres some pics:

      My SS line kinda broked:

Haha, well hopefully it's worth it. There's nothing worse than cutting yourself up to shreds working on your car just to have it leak or something lol.

Restoration of the Talon is continuing. I need a few more parts and then I will be concentrating fully on the body of the car. As for right now she runs rough but since I swapped the hard pipes to soft pipes and put the stock intercooler in, she revs alot smoother, is more responsive, and the boost kicks in sooner now. CEL does not come on like it used to. Overall she is much healthier but the OEM fuel pressure regulator is still being overrun by the 255 walboro. I have an Aeromotive AFPR but I need an adapter piece and a 90 degree AN fitting.

Got my new lash adjuster yesterday, they smell good. Will install them this tuesday or wednesday and hopefully my new alternator will be in by then as well.

Got the new lash adjustors in today, went way easier than last time. Also swapped in my AEM digital boost guage in place of the old Faze boost guage. That is all.
