ANY ONE Work For TimeWarner Cable?

I'm having trubles with my Box it Blew up so i took it back and got a new Box here are the Spects of my cable box

Explorer 8300
DVR

this box lasted 2 days. i wanted to watch something i recorded and it popped up a question saying it couldn't go to that file and it needed to reboot i said no to it and tryed to go to the DVR File to watch something i recored again and it Popped up again then i said Yes Reboot when it Rebooted it said FAIL on the Time Display i called Timewarner about the problem they said i had to bring the box back in

Please do not Reply to this Unless you work For the cable CO. i don't need anyone talking **** i just need my Box to work and was Hopping that some one on the board works for T.W. knows something more then the Bitch i called from the call center
