when I met Mike, he had a great idea...we've always talked about decals forthe club and now we see a decal on boxkillers car that seems to have sparked renewed interest....
Mike suggested, and I've started doing it in Riochester now, I printed our web address on a sheet of paper and put it under Aveo owners windshield wipers in the parking lots when I see one...just to get the word out there is somewhere to talk about our cars.
what is the verdict on an official sticker?
yeh, ive been tuckin notes on peoples aveos too, one guy actually joined but never made any posts.

If someone can get me a copy of that through e-mail, I have a connection (the company that makes decals for my fire dept.) and can have it done in vinyl.

I was never big on decals or stickers on cars, but the aveoclub.net decal is simple, tasteful, and it actually gets attention. I actually had this guy in a done up evo slow back down after he passed me and switch lanes to see what it said. then he got back up next to me and gave the car a good look then gave me what seemed to be an approving nod. People dont know what the car is since i took the badge off, so when the see the decal they seem rather suprised that its an aveo. :shock:
i got one decal left, but im using it repair my current decal on my window. damn ice and forgetful memory. if there is enough demand, i can get more made up. sorry bout the hijack.
Mike, what font and such is it? I can have my guy do them really cheap and sell them at cost... like $1 each...
