bought a 66 Impala-UPDATED WITH PICS

just throwing this out there, i bought a 1966 Impala 2dr fastback with a 327. white with burgundy interior. needs new quarters, but the car is all original and complete. not too sure what i'm gonna do with it, but i paid $800.00 for it. it runs and drives but will need work.

yeah, thank you very much. very excited about it. not sure what direction i'm going to take it yet meaning restored to original, or jacked up with cragars or rally rims and a flowmaster exhaust.

IMO, Impala's always look better when they're not original.

i stumbled onto this purely out of dumb luck. the car was owned by a person who brought it to a local restoration shop, stored it there for a quite a while and owed the shop money. i was driving around and stopped to look at it cause i saw it sitting outside and asked who owned it. the owner of the shop took posession of the car in lieu of storage payments and just wanted his money and needed the space for paying customers.
