Do all Lexmark's suck? or just the one we got (Need Help)

The ink cost's more then the printers now days.
Got a Epson copy/scan/printer for $60.

hyperacme, youre right!! my refill cartridges are $75.00!!!

but most printers only come with sample cartridges in them, with less toner.

even though they seem to last just as long as the refills.

most the the refills i have ever bought dry out before i use all the ink. and when they dry the printer wont work.

i gave up and bought a laserjet.

The real trick with any printer as mentioned before is to install the software, prior to plugging the printer in.

Other than that, check the ink prices before buying a printer... get the one with the cheapest ink.

As long as you have Windows XP you can't mess up your reg. It keeps a back up for you.

I grab a extra "Black" when I buy a printer.
