      F*%king Potholes

Driving around today I managed to hit afew fair size potholes in a row. They were unavoidable due to the narrowness of the lane and the speed traffic was moving. I just finished getting my car ready for a 2000 Km road trip and I am greeted with a bulge on a rear tire, 2 inches long by 1 inch wide right down near the tread on the sidewall. I leave in about 30 hours, f*%k winter's aftermath.

What....no one else have to deal with potholes? Replaced the tires with two new nexan all seasons. Couldnt get in a tire to match the stock ones.

      That sucks.

some driver thought I was a madman this morning, when I suddenly remembered that the lane I was in was badly cratered up ahead at the bridge joint.

I looked swerved hard then signaled and swooped right back into the lane.

      Not hitting those fkers 2wice!

I've been lucky so far. I know eventually I'll hit a doozy, there all-over here in the NE.

Potholes are everywhere in Winnipeg. I learned that the hard way the first spring I had my car. I was used to driving a 4x4 blazer and didn't mind hitting the odd bump. Now, I have to move a little more while driving, which isn't that hard, the aveo is small enought to move around in my lane.

Just got to keep your eyes open.

Yea. I just drove the trans Canada from Vancouver to Calgary and back. The potholes are brutal in some parts, I was scared of losing another tire. I made it back with the tires in fine condition and a 1 foot crack in my windshield when I was going about 130-150. Great luck I have.
