I remember when it was .88 cents a gallons! It wouldn't take $10 to fill the tank in my MX3! Those were the days... I also had to walk 5 miles every day to school, in the snow, up hill, both ways...

I think I filled up at 3.27 the other day. but its always changing, the highest I saw was 3.49.

yea, I just filled up for 3.49 a gallon, the highest now is about 3.60 and it just keeps rising..

it's 3.44 here now. i went to san antonio this weekend and it was 3.29 i was excited lol

why the hell do people use premium gas in engines tuned for regular...? It doesn't "clean" your engine, you don't get more power, you get worse mpg and you pay more.

because people can use whatever they choose to. i like it, weather it does any good or not, it is my choice and my preference. what does it matter to you? im not telling anyone to use it because i know it doesnt do any damn good, but i use it because i can.

It's because there is this mentality, maybe you don't have it, that premium gas "makes more power". The only time it does, is in engines that need it.

no I am fully aware that it deosn't make more power in a car like this. some say it burns cleaner, or that being a higher grade means its more clean period, etc. etc.
I just use it for the hell of it. It's my way of pretending I "pamper" my car after driving the crap out of her every day.

I'm merely pretending to make up for not driving my granny car like, well, like a granny car.

here in ny unleaded is 3.86/9!! and it keeps going up!!
