http://firedragonpaintball.com/pro1206111.html
My gf bought it for me as a b-day gift, its sweeeettt!!!! I was checkin it out in the store and i asked to be able to test it first. The guy said sure, he hooked up a CO2 to it, and handed it to me.-hehehehe! there was also a lady and her son in the store lookin at various things and when i fired it, the lady just about jumped out of her shoes ! havent been able to actually shoot any paint with it yet, but i am goin woodsballin tonite so we will get a good run with it today. thats all, just wanted to brag about my new toy!
peace.

Re: My new PB gun
that looks nice. I have a Tippman X7 with a flatline barrel, folding X36 stock, all plastic internals replaced with metal components, and a drop foward.
Where do you play?

Re: My new PB gun
my preference is any open area consisting of at least 5 acres of partially wooded land and open fields. my buddy who moved to alaska a few years ago had a yard like that and we would get a group of people together and paintball all day and night. i def prefer woodsball over speedball. i like to sit and wait for people and it will piss people off cus i hide and noone can find me-lol. im very patient.
my girl has a tippman a-5 with the m-16 style combat barrel. its a nice gun but i dont like the cyclone feed system. if a ball breaks its a bitch to clean it out.
the next gun i want to get, later down the road and if gf will let me, is the bt-4 ironhorse. that thing is a monster and would suit me perfect for what i like to do.
i want to do a scenario game this summer as i have never done one and i hear that guys with ghille suits and the ironhorse are valued (of course if they know what they are doing).
the one thing i like about tippmann/bt is that they are so customizeable. u can make em look so badass and have them be really comfortable for a player. and of course we wont mention the quality. its def a good gun for anyone, novice or expert.

Re: My new PB gun
I assume youre not on the west coast....
I play at pb parks as often as I can for scenario. I dont like speedball at all, too many guys with electros dumping paint=no skill.
I play at the famous SC Village and Jungle Island

Re: My new PB gun
naw, im midwest, south chicago suburbs to be more precise. the only field ive played on was a place called the badlands. it wasnt bad, but the fields are small and i like lottsa open spaces. but i would def. play there again. i did some reading up on SC village and it sounds like its always jumpin but it seems a bit pricey if u ask me.

Re: My new PB gun
Yeah it can be pricey. Paintball is one of the most expensive sports out there, but its definetly worth it IMO, its really addicting and it burns a whole in my wallet.
SC Village has a ton of really good fields and so does Jungle Island.
I want to try one of those 24-hour scenario games, they look horribly fun.

Re: My new PB gun
Hey Mike...what about a forest preserve? LOL hikers would get spooked, but it could be fun before you get kicked out..LOL

Re: My new PB gun
AWESOME! HOODIE-HOO!!!!
I use a Tippman 98 Custom w/flatline, Tippman A5 W/response trigger, but I really enjoy firing the Assault BT-4. It is incredibly accurate as far as paintball funs go and its always fun to get to bonus ball Op-Four. :)

Re: My new PB gun
I've got an A5 and some unknown viewloader thing. I can say i'm not a fan on the cyclone feed. If i could go back I'd buy either a 98 or BT-4.
