      Re: No More Aveo...

Well, my plan was to find something different and with seats. The Aveo was a gift from the heavens (shalom shalom-NO I am NOT muslim,)-But twinkie (my Aveo,) only had one racing seat in her. (NOT an easy thing to do BTW)

So I took her to Watson to try and get a cobalt. However, the guy tried to screw me over and really did nothing to help me. So I tried the Kia place, fell in love with an Acura LSX (??), and then walked out with this little monster. My payments are much more and I already have buyers remorse...its not exactly what I want, but will do for now becuase I need a car...and this has greater trade-in value than Twinkie did.

Here are some pics from work and then when I got home today. Tomorrow I Drill! Woohoo. AWT! (All Weapons Training), and Battle Ranges. (YAY! I hope we get MILES Gear!) I will try and take some pictures or video of the carnage there.

YES- I will be staying put on here as I like talking and listening to you guys, and gals, becuase you are knowledgeable and fun, and becuase I want to cry now that Twinkie is gone. But its not all that bad. I really do like the car...its just different than what I'm used to.

And it will be a while before I wash this puppy methinks...Enjoy the pics!

i'll send you the Chevy badge for the front and if some one could get you the badging for the back you could get away with it looking like an Aveo Clone.
You did WHAT? to your Aveo? HAHAHAHAHA

At least chevy tries to hide the exterior plastic!

Before we got our second veo, we looked at a couple accents (new ones look cute!)... they wanted like $16k for them, more than toyota wanted for the yaris!

      Screw kia/hyundai.

      HAHAHAA!

It handles really nice and I enjoy it very much.
      I meant the Acura TSX.

The back seats were demolished as part of my plan, (using the frame) thus I could not put them back them.

it was cheaper to buy a new car than go to http://www.car-part.com for some replacement Aveo seats?

well considering the Kia was no money down and I didn't have over half a grand to spend on seats for both front and rear, yeah...yeah it was. (I needed a car with seats pretty fast, so...)

I don't prefer kia over Chevy. I am actually looking for an old chevy to restore and upgrade now...(I'm saving up.)
