Ok, so long story short, the dealership bought my aveo back from the auction block and I was able to get it back after some difficulty with one of their F & I managers.
Yay! but I am missing 3 speakers (I can buy new ones tho.)

YAY!!!! ME-OH is back with the A-VEE-OH!

I am still selling my *stock* taillights tho...so if anyone is interested, I have 2 2004 chevy aveo hatchback taillights. They don't leak and there are no cracks or imperfections in them. Let me know what you think you should pay for them and we will wheel and deal.

I will probably change my oil and get started scraping my current paint tomorrow morning.

No, I did not pay to get my Aveo back...the general manager of the kia dealership did. He bought it back for me from the auction. ( I was sick and got pretty upset yesterday.)

His F & I guy was a jerk. (And I'm being nice in describing him that way.) He refused to work with my schedule, harassed my family, insinuated, yelled at me, lied, stretched what truth he had, was disrespectful and insulted my family and myself, shared my personal information with people he did not know, and then sent a letter out asking for the Rio back, or I suffer the consequences. What was my deal? My sister got married last week and I had stuff to do. And yes, he knew that ALL ALONG.

Not that I was perfect, I just couldn't get in to see him, so I took the car back, and after what seemed like a hopeless battle, the G.M. actually reclaimed some of the dealership's dignity and won my respect. (I understand how hard it is to get a car back like that, especially after so long.)

Suffice it to say I am NEVER going back there again. WHEW! What an awful experience...

The guy got upset so he sent that letter saying "return our kia", so I brought it back to the dealer and demanded my car.

they had sold it to the auction??? Thats what they said. But I think they had it at their other dealership. (it has the street name of it on my windshield still.)

I have to get up and ready to start making things look decent again...
