i bet the parts could be had for @ $500 if you find used, its like $300 for the front bumper cover new, Headlights were available aftermarket for like $60 each, not sure if they are still out there, and the hood was available on ebay for like $300, fenders are around $125 a piece last time i checked.. So NEW parts, should come around $1000..

Dont really think you need much more than that, plan on at least $1000 for paint if you go some good, but i know ever area has a shop that would still do a decent job for less...

Yeah, I'm going to look into it, probably find most parts on ebay... I like to have a extra car to use while I work on this one, last year I had a wrangler + a suburban, but I did not think about working on the Aveo at the time, now only mine and the wifes car.
