I was driving home today. I work the overnight shift and the rive home was normal. The roads felt fine, didn't feel slippery at all. I took a turn that I've made a thousand times before. It didn't look slick at all, and mid turn the car started to slide. Before I knew it, I was screwed. I bumped into a ****ing curb and now the driver side front tire is touching the back of the fenderwell.
When the tow truck driver was pulling it up onto the flatbed, the wheel was locked. It would not budge. Man was I pissed, still sort of am. I'm not upset about the car being damaged, I was pissed that I lost control of it.
Hindsight being 20/20 I forgot to get any pictures before the tow truck drove away. I'll bring my camera to the dealership when I go there to find out what can be done about my car.
My neck is a little sore, but doesn't feel that bad. If it is sore tomorrow, I'll go have it looked at. My passenger was unhurt which is good.
