      Tesla Certified Collision Repair?

I recently had a minor accident with my Model Y, and I’m trying to figure out the best route for repairs. Tesla’s recommending I go to one of their certified collision repair shops, but the quotes are astronomical. I get that they’re supposed to follow Tesla’s strict standards, but is it really worth the premium?
Has anyone here gone through a Tesla certified collision repair? Did it make a difference in terms of quality or warranty coverage? Or is this just Tesla overhyping the certification process?
Looking for advice or experiences to help me decide if it’s worth it or if I should explore other options. Thanks in advance!
