As far as the electrical. In my experience with honda, if that turning signal switch went out, the problem has a solid chance of traveling to something else attached to it, say next your brake lights will completely quit working, then it would spread from there. Honda electronics are to sensitive.
And I completely understand researching a company and vehicle before you buy, But I also know that sometimes people just have better luck with different types of vehicles. For example if I get behind the wheel of a Ford truck or SUV once, something breaks. It always happens. My honda ran but that was about all I could say for it, I have had the best luck with GM and chevrolet. I also come from a chevy family. I know people who swear by one company, while another person has nothing good to say about them, and won't even ride in one. There are so many variables that affect how good a vehicle is to a specific person that it would be impossible to address them all. Even the way you brake and accelerate may have different effects on different vehicles.
I would have quoted you, but that was to much lol.
