I was looking at getting an M45 for the Tercel too. At that point I couldn't find them for a reasonable price though. So, I went with the M62 and counted on just turning it a bit slower for the same output.
The mounting brackets are all custom (of course). Making them really wasn't that bad. The worst part was figuring out how to make the whole thing pivot since I didn't want to use an tensioner on it. Here are some pics from when I was making it.

well, i am body dropping it 3 inches, because as you can see in the together picture, it needs lowered.
i am shaving the engine bay and raising the engine for clearance
i am building a high compression 16v stroker on itbs.
i am planning on swapping in a 6 speed but the logisitics mean i will have a 8" drive shaft.. so we will see.
if not a tall 5 speed with a lsd.
the body will eventually be restored but i like the patina look it has now. i am going to drive it a year with the new welds, in primer and paint, so i can make adjustments without redoing paint work.. then i will pull it off the road in a year or so tear it all apart check the structure and paint everything..

that charger looks like it has mounting points a lot closer to the pulley than the one i was looking at.. the problem i had was when the pulley would line up, the mounting points were just too far back and the brackets were going to be overly complicated.
i was going to eliminate the power steering and basically "exchange" pulleys to be the charger instead of the ps pump.

j/k :D (sort of looks like that with the Mexico Beige air dam and the wood support in place of the bumper)
Seriously: props for the old bunnies. I miss mine. Owned 6.

Here's my pride and joy:

OK, no. :)
That's the parts car for a couple other cars, one being this Metro that I converted to electric drive with a buddy:

I've also got a '98 Pontiac Firefly (Metro clone for the Canadian market, same as Wave = Aveo) modded for efficiency, and picked up a '91 Firefly (metro) convertible to fix up a month or so back as well.
These entry level GM cars are what got me interested in the Aveo.
Re: What else do you drive? Add pics if you have them.
Wow. Yesterday I was looking at an idea of converting the Aveo to Electric when the engine wears out. Was looking up Solar Panels for the house and found a company up north that does automotive electric conversions.
I have only seen one electric in action, and it shocked me. It was quick.

The electris Shelby cobra is kick ass.

Electrics can be insanely fast: like the Tesla Roadster. For a fast conversion, check out the videos of the White Zombie (Datsun) drag racing.
Mine's not fast at all (way slower than stock!). It's just a low voltage, low cost grocery getter. Converted it just out of curiosity basically.
Casper: someone's done an Aveo conversion already: http://www.evalbum.com/2852

thats a cool aveo, but the range is a killer

And there you have the main issue EV's have always faced. Nothing that bags of money can't solve though! (Better battery chemistry).
