First buy in 2006, and first owner. Use to be sun burnt orange. My aveo has been a very good car, its a tough hatch. Got my hands on the SS finally. I've had it for a few months now and have decided to take on 2 projects. Build a new lsj for the bolt and swap current lsj into the aveo!

Cluster bulbs swapped to LEDs.
NRG quick disconnect and NRG steering wheel.
Milled and lathed the hub out of the stock steering wheel.
Wired up power windows finally, car is manual no power accessories.

HA! That's a long time lurking. We rescued aveoclub.net 6 years ago!I been visiting the forum before it changed to aveoforum.
The steering wheel work is really smart but this is an awesome Aveo overall hope mine has at-least 1/4th of this someday plus my own GT/ light hearted rally build.
Did you change back to the original headlights after you got the new bumper?
Also I can't find the front bumper that you got with your body kit. I found some Duraflex kits but none of them have the grill shape of yours.
